And here they are:

Deleted Scene #1:

~Mycah~

Holding all the broken pieces of the girl's sculpture, I wandered down the halls of her high school to find an empty room. It did not take me long. I could hear and feel which rooms were occupied without even having to look.
I quietly closed the door and locked it, looking through the window one last time to ensure sure no one was coming. I sat at a desk and began putting the pieces back together.
Firstly, I had to fix the shattered pieces. They weren’t broken as badly as it sounded. It was mostly several big pieces that had broken off the main body and then those separate pieces were split apart again. I held the pieces together and slowly waved my hand over the seams. I could feel the molecules shifting and vibrating against each other as I focused on them melding back together. I did that to each piece and then held them up to their prospective places on the tree. I again glided my hand over each crack and seam, feeling the molecules expanding and reforming until it was all back to its perfect lovely self. My heart soared in triumph - you couldn’t even tell it had been broken. On the bottom I saw she wrote her signature, but I couldn’t quite make it out.
I had to find the art room.

It didn’t take me long to find it either but I had to wait until the class that was currently using the room to let out. I waited around the corner for the bell to ring. I silently watched the students file out, including the instructor. I worked to obscure my presence from any who passed me.
As soon as it was empty, I walked in and set her sculpture on a table where all the rest of the student’s clay projects sat.
I slowly walked along side it looking at the other sculptures. None of them were anywhere near as brilliant as the weeping willow tree that girl made. Her piece stood out like a sore thumb – but in a good way.
I could feel a smile automatically pull itself onto my face as I turned to leave the room. But before I could, my whole body tightened and I was stopped in my tracks.
There – on the wall – was a painting. A magnificent painting. It was a dragon painted with the most beautiful use of colors I’d ever seen. I was enraptured by it for the longest time. It looked so real, so lifelike.
I had an obsessive fascination with dragons ever since I could remember. When I was just a kid, I used to dream of flying on the back of my own dragon soaring through the skies. This was by far the most amazing artist’s perception of a dragon I had ever seen. I noticed that in the bottom right corner is the same signature I saw on the bottom of the weeping willow sculpture. My heart stopped. It was her painting.

I realized my mouth was hanging open from shock and forced myself to close it. The sign below said her name was Nariella Woodlinn, and not surprising in the least, it won 1st prize in an Art contest.
“What a beautiful name," I couldn’t help but whisper out loud. All I could think about were those deep violet eyes and how I bloody lost myself in them. They were mesmerizing. My intrigue about this girl was so highly piqued that before I even really thought of it, I had already decided what I was going to do. I knew who she was.
And I would protect her.

Deleted Scene #2:

~ Mycah ~

It was an addiction. I tried my hardest to not give in, but I couldn’t help it. I kept getting drawn in. Every time I looked, my resolve to abstain would waver. This was madness! Why couldn’t I control myself? The object of my desire was just sitting there, looking so…yummy!

I couldn’t keep my eyes away, and I could feel my resolve slipping from me second after second, until finally I decided with all my heart to give in.

I smiled as I picked up the object of my desire and purchased the butter cream frosted cupcake. I had tried my hardest not to give in to my sweet tooth, but seeing the creamy frosting lightly gathered on top of that moist sinful looking cupcake, I knew it was mine from the start. What can I say? I laughed to myself.
It was an addiction.

I hope that you enjoyed and stayed tuned book 2, Sweet Escape, will be coming in 2013.  No release date is set as of yet.
