My Review

WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!! ... WOW!!

I have been a HUGE fan of Toni Aleo's since I picked up her first book Taking Shots. Her talent is unmeasurable and this book proved exactly that.

There is no hockey in this book, and it scared me at first when I heard about it. Because all of Toni's other books are hockey-hot-guys and sex. That's TONI!

WRONG....This is TONI...her talent and magnificent writing pulls you into a world of hurt, despair  and all you want to do is hold Violet close to you .

It's not a secret that I am a survivor of domestic violence myself and Violet touched my heart, deeply.

Her pain with her husband Rob and her pull to Tucker is a story that everyone could relate to. You can relate to her hurt, her pain, and her feelings towards Rob and Tucker. You wanted to scream at her to leave, but if you're not in the situation then you don't know.

Toni's words, scenes, and heart was on every page of this book. I cried with this book and there are a couple parts that I couldn't read because they were just too hard.

This book is amazing!
